Our first grade class is working hard to learn as much as we can to be as successful as we can!

About Me

I am in my thirteenth year of teaching for Gilbert Public Schools. Altogether, I am working on my nineteenth year of teaching. I have made Gilbert my home in more ways than just my house. I enjoy teaching and living is this beautiful town. I enjoy the families I have met and worked with over the last thirteen years. I believe in empowering students to take responsibility for their education and their behavior. In my classroom, my children use the 7 Habits of Happy Kids to learn live long skills for success. It is through these habits that they learn that they can and should be responsible for their learning and behavior. Learners are leaders!
